Groundbreaking set for new Las Vegas Ballpark

LAS VEGAS – The groundbreaking for the new Las Vegas Ballpark at Downtown Summerlin will take place on Feb. 23.

Officials from the Howard Hughes Corporation, Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, as well as local leaders, major and minor baseball executives and Las Vegas 51s officials will be at the groundbreaking.

The site will be home to the Las Vegas 51s and a 10,000-fan capacity stadium.
